If you have purchased books please note the following amendments:

Page 103 (Thai Squid Salad) – the recipe should read to sauté the squid for 2 minutes, not 20 minutes.
Page 179 (Chocolate Dessert Cake) - please add to the list of ingredients - ¾ cup cocoa.
