Ethos Sports & Education | Learning about Global Universities | US, Canada, UK and More – Tuesday 15th September at 8pm.
After running a sports pathways seminar, several schools asked if we could offer a similar discussion for regular students looking to attend university in the Americas/UK and Europe.
Because of this, we are holding another talk, in conjunction with our partner, Path Education. This will provide insight into;

What makes a competitive applicant, contrasting the UK’s subject-focused academic review with the US’s broader, holistic evaluation process.

The practical realities of applying overseas, including how local qualifications (ATAR, NCEA, etc.) translate abroad

How to strategically align application timelines with the Southern Hemisphere school calendar, and what steps students in Years 10 to 12 can take to build compelling, competitive profiles.
The presentation is led by Path Education’s Director of Education, Georgina Stafford, an Oxford graduate and former UK independent school Deputy Head. With over fifteen years of experience managing UCAS and global university applications, she brings deep insider knowledge of how top international admissions offices evaluate Southern Hemisphere applicants.
Our webinar is free to register and join and even if there are athletes that have questions who were unable to make the last discussion, we will be more than happy to offer a Q&A session for any questions related to academics, admissions, and even additional questions for those who weren’t able to make our sport specific talk a couple of weeks ago.
