National Youth Volunteer Awards

We’re excited to share that SVA is teaming up with Volunteering New Zealand this year for the National Youth Volunteer Awards.
The awards recognise young people aged 12 to 24 whose volunteering is strengthening communities, supporting others, and caring for the environment across Aotearoa.
It’s a great chance to celebrate young volunteers and youth-led groups doing incredible work, often without much recognition at all – exactly the kind of mahi we love to shine a light on.
As part of the partnership, SVA is coming on board as a category judge for one of the four awards, and we’re also helping spread the word to encourage strong nominations.
