The School of Product Design, at the University of Canterbury, warmly invites teaching staff and high school students to our 2026 Product Design Exhibition.

Discover how ideas transform into real products at the 2026 UC School of Product Design Showcase. This exhibition provides an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how design concepts develop through research, creativity, and prototyping. From initial ideas to polished outcomes, you will explore projects that showcase the thinking, testing, and refining processes behind products and experiences created to meet genuine community needs.
Showcasing work from our specialised programmes, including Industrial Product Design, Chemical Formulation Design, Game Design and Development, Game Arts and Animation, and Digital Product Design, the exhibit highlights how students address real-world challenges while celebrating the successes of our graduating cohort.
