The University of Auckland High Performance Sport Scholarship acknowledges that some talented students who are pursuing academia and sport may face significant barriers to tertiary education, and takes into account a number of factors that can impact on an individual’s ability to participate at university and their chosen sport simultaneously.
Membership onto the University’s High Performance Support Programme will be granted with all academic, performance and personal support and benefits associated with this membership offered.
Eligibility details
To be eligible for Scholarship consideration, applicants must be:

a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
-
currently enrolled in their final year at a New Zealand secondary school or kura
-
intending to enrol full-time or part-time in the first year of an undergraduate degree programme at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland in 2027.
