Volunteers needed for Chch Kids Holiday Programme, 15yrs+

I am the Child Recreation Coordinator for The Kind Foundation, formally known as YMCA Christchurch. I oversee the holiday programmes across the city and after–school recreation programmes run out of Bishopdale Recreation Centre.
Over the summer we are running 3 holiday programmes across Christchurch. One week in December at Bishopdale and 3 weeks in January across all 3 sites. Our holiday programme are based at Bishopdale, Riccarton and the City.
Each week the programmes have fun activities planned both on and off site such as Clip n Climb, Air Force Museum, Lego Masters and Kayaking. To ensure these programmes are successful we need volunteers to support the daily running of the programme, manage groups of children and make the children’s week memorable.
Volunteers will gain experience and skills working with children and in the workforce, have fun and build relationships with other volunteers across the city and the children.
Please note, to be a volunteer students must be 15+.
