UC’s WiE CAN Women in Engineering Residential Programme is back for 2026! Featuring hands-on sessions, inspiring presentations, and fun social activities, this is the perfect opportunity for Year 12 students to explore the opportunities offered in engineering.

Spaces limited to 60 students.

Date: 11-15 January 2026
Location: University of Canterbury, Christchurch
Eligibility: Open to female students (and those who identify as female) completing Year 12 in 2025 at a New Zealand high school.
Cost: FREE! We will cover all programme, accommodation and meal costs.
Attendees are responsible for travel to and from the camp, however we can offer assistance for travel expenses to any successful applicants experiencing financial hardship.
